Our solution to an early talar neck fracture malreduction, with many loose bodies, persistent subdislocation and skin necrosis:
– double approach, removal of loose bodies, lateral plate and 2 AP screws with cancellous bone graft to cover bone defects. Debridment of necrotic tissue and VAC was performed.
